LoSiNg wEiGhT

A few days ago, I stood on the weighing scale and to my greatest horror, I realised I've gained like 4KG MORE!!!!!!!!!! OMG! I've become such a fat piece of meat. And so with my greatest determination to look healthier and younger, I decide to embark on some WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROJECT! -_-'''Okay, and so it started with going to a nearby gym in a condo that I have access to, and to begin with, I embark on the treadmill. And with all my will-power akin to that of Alice in Resident Evil that has great telekinetic power (okay, exaggerating), I ran at an average of 8.2Km in exactly one hour that burns off exactly 500 cal of my body mass. (I think the machine reading also may not be accurate lorzz) Actually now mt stamina also really CMI liao lar. Gone were the days when I can run like 11min for 2.4KM during BMT. Haiz. Harz. So this is my first step in losing weight. But then it really requires great determination to continue jogging on a treadmill for one hour everyday leh...But the thought of ME wanting to LOSE like 9KG in 9 weeks time before I go Japan (so I can look better when I see Japanese ppl. -_-''') will really need some kind of persistence. And it works out to be like losing 1KG per week? Oman... How much can I lose and how long will I take, I really don't know.. But then I'm just so sick of looking at the mirror each time to see how FAT I am now lorz. Okay, for the sake of the Great Japanese Empire, I shall try my utmost best to exercise regularly and to eat more healthy food. (I know it doesn't make any sense here.)
